I was in a crunch and needed storage. The online reservation was very simple. The manager on duty called right away to see if I needed any additional information. I informed him we were on our way and what kind of truck we were in, upon arrival he opened electric gate, took us to unit and let my husband unload while I went in to fill out paperwork it was so quick I ended up having to help my husband unload truck! Received everything electrical so no wasted paperwork Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been any easier!

The employee at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Its clean here which is nice. My only issue is that my units door seems to be stuck the 2xs I tried to open it.

I had to do this from across the country, by phone, and there is no way I could have without the kind and thorough help of Paolo-- from sizing unit to payment detail and receipt. I have dealt with storage facilities in the past, nightmares every one. Working with Paolo was exactly the opposite. Highly recommended!

I was thinking two 10x10 units for sorting, but wound up getting a 10x20 that will save me about twenty five a month after the three month special ends. Very basic insurance is included and I may wind up increasing it because of the value of what I will be storing, if my regular insurance people won't let me cover it. First impression is favorable. I might have saved more somewhere else, but I do like the location.

Great customer services. They have a great move in deal and the FREE truck is amazing. Everyone I called was charging a truck deposit and lot of people don't have the deposit on hand when its an emergancy. So I'm thankfull for that.
